Main Circuit Power Cable
It is manufacture according to Q/XLJ0326-2006 standards.
Application:
It is used in converter-controlled drive as power supply cable or connecting cable. It is especially suitable for used in pumps, fans, conveyers transportition belt and conditioner especially in papermaking, iron & steel industry textile industry metal processing and food processing.
Using features:
1. Rated voltage: Uo/U: 0.6/1kV
2. The Max. Long-term operating temperature of cable conductor XLPE insulation: 90º C, PVC insulation: 70º C.
3. Max. Temperature for cable when short-circuit (lasting for max. 5 seconds): 250 oC for XLPE insulation. 160º C for PVC insulation.
4. Environment temperature in laying the cable should be no lower than 0º C. Otherwise it should be preheated. The Min. Bending radius should be no less than 8 times than the overall diameter of the cable.
5. It has a good shield performance. It can lower the negative effect by the high max. Wave in the output frequency converter.
6. D. C. Resistance of the conductor complies with the stipulations of GB/T3956-1997
7. Working Frequency Voltage Test for cable with 3.5kV/5min without puncture.
8. Flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipulated in GB/T18380.3-2001.
9. Low smoke & halogen-free flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle as GV/T18380.3-2001 smoke density in firing should comply with stipulation of GV/T17651.1-1998 out should be less than 4.3 and electric conducltility rate should be no more than 10us/mm.
